He played a pivotal role in establishing Nidhi Computers in Mandya, where he has successfully trained numerous students. With over 15 years of extensive experience, he has been instrumental in building the institution's brand and securing placements for many students in top-tier companies. He is one of the founding members of Unnati Vidhya Kendra, a school dedicated to quality education, and is currently running a company called Nidhi Gload IT Services. Renowned for his selfless service, he is highly regarded by company executives and leaders he has collaborated with. Sri Aravind MR maintains strong connections with numerous companies across India. His passion for people development drives him to continuously learn and enable associates to deliver value through ongoing improvement.

Sri Chirantana Mysore is associated with us as the Consulting Chief Strategist and Chief Legal Officer for our group companies, namely CampusHiringCollege.com and QuickHiring.co.in. He has worked extensively in the legal area as an advocate and has also developed an out-of-the-box interest in marketing and corporate branding activities for several years. He has also been a successful skill trainer, an expert in HR policy formulation, and a management expert. He has been instrumental in coordinating with big brand corporations through his connections for the colleges that CampusHiringCollege.com is associated with. His rich experience spans the entire law practice and the HR spectrum, including strategy, career development, organization development, compensation and benefits, and M&A. Chirantana Mysore holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, a Master's in Public Management, a Master's in Psychology, and a degree in Law.

Pavan Kumar leads team CampusHiringCollege.com as its Technical Head, He has worked with reputed IT Companies like Oracle and Societe Generale. He has industry back ground of more than 8 years as a Consultant / Corporate Trainer / Developer and has traveled different countries to execute projects. He has also been deeply involved in creating and developing strategies for the company and has been greatly applauded by his clients for his patience, excellence and on-time execution of the projects. He has also been excellent coach and inspiration for many of the upcoming software engineers in upgrading their skills and to make them to understand technologies. He has also been awarded best employee for his excellence in his organization. His expertise are in Python, SQL, and he is Oracale Certified Associate (OCA).
